She came here from Cuba, an artist from the get go. As a child she would sew little barbie clothes and sell them to little children. As an Adult she sews monkeys to all sorts of people young and old. With so many sales she's had I have lost count on how many she's sold. My mother do you know her? She is now known as THE-MONKEY-SHOP! You may have even seen her in the papers and recently on TV. I know her as mom and Gran-ka as my three year old would say. As my mother get's a little older in number wiser and younger looking she has become. She is beautiful, strong and a fighter. A little stubborn I hear, but it's okay. Nothing really to fear. My mother is special, she is truly one of a kind and for that, I lover her.
